One of those... stupid boring vegetarian dinosaurs but at 20 feet long and one ton it was longer than a Rhino but lighter, even with its spikey armour.
Aletopelta, Greek for "wandering shield"
this was probably due to its little legs, so it can graze on the shorter plants.
The Dinosaur was very successful and lived in late Cretaceous Mexico.
The Aletopelta was a true 'Ankylosaur' (the word for armoured dinosaur family.)
